1. Service Description

AnyPDF is a web-based service that converts PDF documents into structured data formats including Excel (XLSX), CSV, TXT, and DOCX. The service uses AI technology to extract data from uploaded documents.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AnyPDF only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files that contain malware or malicious code.
• Attempt to overwhelm the service with excessive requests.
• Use the service to process documents you do not have the right to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service's operation.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

AnyPDF uses AI to extract data from PDFs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the extracted data is 100% accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for any purpose, including financial, legal, or business decisions.

4. File Handling

Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not make backups of your uploaded files. You are responsible for keeping copies of your original documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

AnyPDF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep AnyPDF available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
